(1) Vendor needs to provide on–call professional planning consultant services on an as–needed basis to the government authority located in Jacksonville, FL. • Service categories:– Master planning: Preparation of forecasts, demand/capacity analysis and other aeronautical and non–aeronautical related planning activities.– Airfield: Identifying airfield needs and/or issues to develop alternatives to improve airside facilities including runways, taxiways, terminals, aircraft parking plans, hangars, and other airfield related components. – Terminal: Identifying and analyzing terminal facility requirements for existing terminals, modifications to terminals, baggage systems, and/or or new terminals.– Landside: Providing landside planning that may include roadway, parking, rental car facilities, taxi/limo facilities, agency facilities/operations, and ground transportation issues.– Environmental: Assisting in preparing agency documentation for both development and operations.– Noise: Conducting analyses and preparing reports for specific noise issues.– Land use: Developing and/or assessing land use plans that may include on– and off–airport property.• Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and data management and integration:– Support development and integration of GIS data for airport planning and operations.– Collect required geospatial data, including imagery, lidar, GPS, or survey inputs.– Maintain and validate airport asset and feature inventories.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 20, 2026.
