Vendor needs to provide comprehensive assessment services to the government authority located in Plainfield, CT.• Staff, including architects, engineers, and consultants, in order to determine the condition of the facilities, including code compliance, deferred maintenance, potential hazards, and compliance with depreciation and replacement schedules for roofs, heating systems, ADA issues, and other facility issues.• develop and provide an annual maintenance plan designed to outline tasks that need to be performed on an ongoing basis to ensure the long–term soundness of the structure and its component elements.
