(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic communications consultants services.– Providing on–call strategic communications support that will help advance the goals outlined in the department’s strategic plan– Consultants are organized into the following focus areas: communications strategy & support, public relations support, website maintenance & technical support, media & communications training, video & design support, data gathering & research for communications support, promotional campaign support, and development and maintenance of educational engagement programs– Support this mission, state planning seeks on‑call communications firms that can provide flexible, high‑quality strategic and creative services that complement agency in‑house team and help us communicate effectively with the community and welcome as many people as possible into the planning process.• Communications Strategy & Support• Public Relations Support• Website Maintenance & Technical Support• Media & Communications Training• Video & Design Support• Data Gathering & Research for Communications Support• Promotional Campaign Support• Development and maintenance of educational engagement programs(2) A virtual non–mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on July 27, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
