(1) Vendor needs to provide student enrichment services to the government authority located in Spring Valley, NY. – Provide enrichment services to middle school students during mid–day enrichment periods.– The overarching goal of the initiative is to engage students in diverse motivating and rewarding activities that support academic learning while fostering social–emotional development, increasing exposure to the arts, and encouraging healthy lifestyles.• Provide a proposed schedule of enrichment activities that can be implemented for extended periods of time, organized in a rotation cycle of 6–weeks.• Provide staffing for said enrichment activities, including breakdown and set up time at least 20 minutes before and after the start and finish of the day's lunch periods.• Develop in collaboration with school administrators a rotating schedule of enrichment offerings for maximum student participation.• Evaluate the effectiveness of the enrichment activities through informal progress assessments that measure key performance indicators and share results with school administrators which can or may lead to a shift of programming.• Describe the staffing plan – recruitment, qualifications, training – and the process to be used for onsite supervision and coordination.• Provide a cost breakdown, including instructional staff, administrative staff, supplies, and other related costs.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
