EXTRA-73951 - USA (Washington, DC) - Capital Planning, Analysis and Conceptual Engineering Services - Deadline August 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide capital planning, analysis and conceptual engineering services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Includes planning and engineering services for planning, public outreach, data collection, traffic analysis, project performance analyses, preliminary engineering, and grant application support to support the development of multimodal transportation improvements.– Prepare for and attend one contract kick–off meeting and attend bi–weekly in–person and/or teleconference meetings and provide summary notes and action items after each meeting.– Existing Conditions Data Collection and Analysis– Consultant shall provide planning services for agency, which will be used to advance safety and multimodal improvements in the district– Traffic Safety Analysis– Public Outreach: Consultant shall organize public engagement events, such as public meetings.– Graphic design to support creation of public–facing materials and communicate proposed roadway changes, including renderings, maps, and bus routing diagrams– Design, printing, and distribution of materials to inform the public about a project, including flyers, mailers/postcards, door hangers, and lawn signs– Data Collection and Traffic Analysis(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
