(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based automated fare collection systems. • Robust, cloud–based back–office solution designed to streamline revenue reconciliation, provide real–time ridership and fare collection data, improve reporting capabilities, and reduce long–term maintenance and operational costs across the deployed fleet.• Provide an Automated Fare Collection (AFC) System for its fixed–route transit services. • Provide, implement, and support a modern fare collection solution designed to improve fare payment options, streamline operations, enhance reporting capabilities, and provide a convenient and reliable experience for passengers.• Open–Loop Payment: Support direct fare payment using major contactless bank–issued credit and debit cards without requiring riders to establish a District account• Mobile Wallets: Support Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment–network–approved mobile wallets and wearable devices.• QR and Mobile Tickets: Support secure dynamic or scannable QR/barcode fare media presented on mobile devices or printed media, including fraud controls, expiration controls, hot lists, and configurable passback protection.• Account–Based Ticketing: Provide centrally managed account–based fare collection with configurable fare rules, stored value, passes, transfers, eligibility profiles, and transaction history.• Mobile Application: Provide a Greater Peoria Mass Transit District–branded orconfigurable mobile application for current Apple iOS and Google Android devices. • Web Portal: Provide a responsive online customer portal for account registration, stored value and pass purchase, card registration, auto–load, transaction history, lost/stolen card management, and customer support.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Dec 4, 2026.
