(1) Vendor needs to provide parking services software. – Provide and install a high–quality, fully functional, turn–key Parking Software System with training for administrators on system usage, best practices, configuration, and ongoing updates, support, and maintenance which meets or exceeds the requirements listed herein and other documents attached to the solicitation.– Vendor shall be able to provide an overview of the proposed solution and details specific to the proposed solution which makes the product a leader in the industry.– Ability to manage event parking, including the option to charge for parking at campus events– Provide the ability to quickly and easily provide statistics on a variety of information– The system must allow staff to easily build and customize queries for data lookup.– Ability to create (on initial setup and after) custom fields without additional cost– The ability to expand to include satellite campuses in the future– Internet–based/cloud–hosted system– Compatible with all major internet browsers– Single database structure capable of supporting satellite campuses– Permits & Payments- Online permit purchasing- Online citation payment- Ability to take payments in–office- Virtual/email receipts- Virtual permit system- Renewable virtual permits– Reporting & Information Management- Reporting on permit sales and citation revenue- Easy–to–use custom query/report builder without programming knowledge- No reliance on Crystal Reports- Ability to create custom fields during and after implementation without additional cost– Support, Implementation, and Customer Service- Vendor assistance with setup and training- Clearly defined warranty information- Clearly defined contract length options- Defined costs for future changes, modifications, or additions- Technical and functional support options.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
