(1) Vendor needs to provide onsite vision and optometry services to the government authority located in Cranston, RI. – Provide onsite comprehensive vision and optometry services to the incarcerated population.– Provide a minimum of 24 hours per month of optometrist and 10 hours per month of optician coverage.• Comprehensive eye examinations (routine and chronic care)• Diagnosis, treatment, and management of ocular disease and vision disorders• Glaucoma screening and management• Diabetic retinopathy screening and monitoring• Prescription of corrective lenses that are appropriate for a correctional setting.• Management of urgent and emergent eye conditions• Referral coordination for specialty ophthalmology services, when clinically indicated.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.
