(1) Vendor needs to provide local concept development study service to the government authority located in Newark, NJ. • Consultant shall establish an effective means of coordinating and reporting its activities with the throughout the course of the project to ensure an expeditious exchange of information.• Developing and maintaining a project collaboration website, utilizing a commercially available, web–based project management and data sharing system that will allow for efficient communications between the project team• The consultant shall utilize Microsoft SharePoint, or another similar platform that is compatible with Microsoft Office 365.• Responsible for the preparation of meeting agendas, including handouts and/or electronic slideshow presentations if applicable, and minutes.
