(1) Vendor needs to provide disaster recovery and mitigation technical assistance consultant services to the government authority located in Ludlow, VT. – Program Management and Town Coordination– Staff augmentation, technical advisory support, and meeting participation.– Public assistance grant management.– Hazard mitigation and resilience funding support.– Financial, reimbursement, and compliance support.– Disaster readiness and future event support.
