(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental trust, comprehensive emergency management plan update and environmental engineering and consulting services to the government authority located in Nespelem, WA.1. Emergency management planning activities:– Review and comprehensively update existing comprehensive emergency management plan basic plan so it reflects current tribal organization, authorities, emergency management structure, emergency operations center functions, roles and responsibilities, communications, resource management, intergovernmental coordination, response, recovery and continuity considerations.– Draft hazard–specific annexes for identified priority hazards.– Revisions based on review and coordination.– Final integrated hazard–specific annexes in editable Microsoft Word and PDF formats.2. Environmental engineering and consulting services:– Review and use the applicable approved quality assurance project plan and prepare or revise the sample and analysis plan, health and safety plan, quality assurance project plan amendment and plan alteration, or other required quality documents as applicable before environmental data collection.3. Environmental services:– Final reports and plans shall be provided in editable Microsoft Word and PDF formats; analytical and project tables in Excel; and, when available and applicable, electronic laboratory data, GIS compatible spatial data, labelled photographs, and source records needed for permanent project file.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 29, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
