FOOD-10711 - USA (Wayne, New Jersey) - Restaurant Services - Deadline July 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide restaurant services to the government authority located in Wayne, NJ.–Beverages: Bottled water, carbonated and uncarbonated drinks, cold and hot beverage options– Snacks: Options suitable for a health and fitness center such as fruits, vegetables, protein snack options.– Meal items: A minimum of six (6) options, examples include salads, sandwiches, handheld items or prepared foods.– The Department of Parks and Recreation will be responsible for any necessary repairs to all equipment permanently affixed to the restaurant building to include electrical, water, sewer, and any other equipment that is owned or leased by the Township such as refrigerators, freezers, kitchen appliances, and similar.– The Restaurateur shall be responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the area adjacent to the above mentioned premise(s). The awarded Restaurateur shall be allowed to place table and chairs in the hallway immediately outside the restaurant entrance. It will be the responsibility of the awarded Restaurateur to clean tables and chairs and to pick up any food or refuse left on the ground or tables in a timely manner.(2) A pre–proposal meeting will be held on July 14, 2026.
