(1) Vendor needs to provide cleaning service to the government authority located in St. Louis, MO. – Provide comprehensive facility building cleaning services.– For delivering consistent, high–quality janitorial and sanitation services.– Routine daily cleaning, periodic deep cleaning, restroom sanitation, floor care, waste removal, and restocking of consumable supplies.– Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary facility that supports daily operations and promotes a healthy work environment for employees and visitors.– Establish a cost–effective, performance–based contract that ensures consistent, high–quality cleaning services in accordance with the solicitation requirements. (2) An optional pre–bid meeting will be held on July 30, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.   (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.
