(1) Vendor needs to provide power market advisory services to the government authority located in Uniondale, NY.• operations and discuss operational issues and concerns, potential opportunities, and forward market conditions, with a focus on the markets;• Track and communicate to agency on proposed and pending market rule changes that may impact agency or operation of the System and provide assessments to agency on the impact of such rule changes on the operation of the System;• Identify challenges to the System that may arise due to the current market landscape, evaluate the impact of such challenges for agency and provide recommendations or action items that agency may take to deal with such challenges;• Any other Services that agency and Service Provider shall mutually agree in writing to provide, which may include additional fees not included in the Services Fee, as to be agreed between agency and Service Provider.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.(3) Contact period will be for five years.
