EXTRA-75231 - USA (White Plains, New York) - Non-Secure Juvenile Detention Services - Deadline October 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide non–secure juvenile detention services to the government authority located in White Plains, NY.– Provide one or more sites, and manage and operate the site, including all aspects of a non–secure juvenile detention program and facility, including the provision of residential and other related support services.– Able to provide initial on–site medical and mental health services for triage, stabilization and de–escalation. This includes the provision of care for, and administration of medication to, youth with a wide variety of medical issues, including but not limited to diabetes, seizures, allergies, and mental health diagnoses.– Responsible for coordinating information, including clinical assessments (psychiatric and psychological), between the contractor and the department of probation.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 26,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
