Construction Management Continuing Services

The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to select qualified firms to provide high-quality Construction Management (CM) Continuing Services for minor CIP/CRA projects throughout Jacksonville, such as various horizontal and vertical construction and trade services, including, but not limited to, site work (remodels, renovations, energy management and conservation, ADA accessibility), HVAC and mechanical, plumbing, electrical, concrete, demolition, roadway reconstruction, traffic signals, specialty coatings, infrastructure rehabilitation such as bridges and seawalls, marine construction, landscaping and park improvements, environmental projects, solar installations, electric vehicle charging stations, right-of-way enhancements, parking garages, fire stations, police stations, and other Public Works and municipal government projects.
