(1) Vendor needs to provide facade improvement grant program services to the government authority located in Huntsville, AL.– Provide turnkey services for multiple façade projects within the Mill Creek Redevelopment Area on an as–needed basis.– Interior work, landscaping, new construction, luxury upgrades, work on ineligible properties (e.g., residential–only or vacant buildings).– Exterior improvements including painting, windows/doors, lighting, masonry repair, awnings, and code compliance improvements.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 1, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 9, 2026.
