CLEANING-12873 - USA (Norfolk, Virginia) - Janitorial Services - Deadline July 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Norfolk, VA. – Provide complete Janitorial Services for approximately 16,000 square feet of floor space.  • Office and working spaces: Clean all areas including front offices, desk spaces (refrain from moving personal effects of staff), conference room and furniture within, employee lounge/kitchen, training room, processing office, maintenance operations office, capital fund inspector’s offices, hallways, restrooms, and HCV inspector’s office.• Warehouse spaces:– Sweep and soap damp mop hallway floor, including all corners.– Clean, disinfect and service restrooms.– Sweep and soap mop vending area.– Clean and disinfect drinking fountains.– Clean windowsills at end of warehouse area hall.– Clean and sanitize all shower stalls.– Dust and wipe down vending machines.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 9, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
