(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise data ecosystem.• The Enterprise Data Ecosystem is a foundational component of our organization’s planned transition to a unified enterprise electronic health record platform (an active effort) and the modernization of its clinical, operational, financial, and research analytics environments, foundational support to our cancer care and research missions.• Each proposed product and technology component.– The vendor responsible for each component.– Whether the capability is native, partner–provided, third–party, or custom–developed.– The contractual and support relationship among participating vendors.– The party responsible for end–to–end solution architecture.– The party responsible for implementation and integration.– The party responsible for ongoing operations and support.• The proposed ecosystem must be aligned to complement the future unified EHR platform but not be dependent upon it• Legacy system and unified EHR platform coexistence– Data migration from legacy systems, mapping and conversion into the unified EHR platform– Archival of legacy data not converted into the unified EHR platform to support a legal patient record– Data validation and reconciliation– Longitudinal patient data• Data Virtualization and Logical Data Models• Medallion Architecture• Enterprise Data Warehouse and Analytics• Power BI Integration• Enterprise Data, Metric, and Research Metadata Catalog• Reporting Modernization and Self–Service• Data Governance and Security Controls(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 4, 2026.
