(1) Vendor needs to provide hydrogeologist consulting services to the government authority located in Lucie, FL. – Provide comprehensive hydrogeologic and water resource consulting services, including planning, technical evaluations, field investigations, permitting, construction phase services, and preparation of technical documentation. • Support the agency in the planning, design, permitting, construction, monitoring, operation, rehabilitation, and maintenance of groundwater and related surface water systems.• Groundwater supply systems – design, permitting, and operations – surficial aquifer systems:– Design, permitting, construction support, and operational assistance for new and existing surficial aquifer production wells– Surficial wellfield planning, capacity evaluation, and optimization– Surficial aquifer monitoring well design and construction– Aquifer performance testing, step–drawdown tests, and long–term pumping tests• Floridan aquifer systems:– Design, permitting, construction observation, and operational support for new and existing floridan aquifer production wells– Upper Floridan Aquifer well and wellfield design– Dual–zone and monitoring well design and testing• Well rehabilitation, maintenance, and abandonment:– Evaluation of existing Surficial and Floridan Aquifer wells for performance degradation– Development of rehabilitation and redevelopment plans (mechanical, chemical, or combined methods)– Design and permitting of rehabilitation and abandonment activities– Construction observation and post–rehabilitation testing• Field studies, monitoring, and construction phase services:– Field investigations and data collection related to groundwater systems– Construction observation for well installation, rehabilitation, and abandonment– Oversight of drilling, testing, and well development activities– Groundwater and surface water monitoring program oversight(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
