CLASS 3 LANDFILL - CELL 8 EARTHWORK

This Request for Bids includes providing necessary materials, labor, and equipment to construct the subgrade for the 28.2 acre MSW Cell 8 located at the Owner’s facility. The project consists of grubbing 95 acres, construction of a stormwater pond, excavation of 730,000 cubic yards of soil to be stockpiled on site or used as structural fill (for the stormwater pond, Cell 8 or the access road), grading/stone for an access road to Cell 8, and widening the existing access road.
