(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial property management services to the government authority located in Ogden, UT. – Provide comprehensive property management, leasing, tenant relations, financial administration, and facility maintenance coordination services.– Provide ongoing management of the agency as the city transitions away from the current master lease arrangement. – Leasing, market analysis, and tenant recruitment– Prepare market and rent analyses supporting recommended lease rates, concessions, tenant–improvement assumptions, escalation provisions, common–area charges, and other material business terms.– Market available commercial spaces and actively recruit prospective tenants using appropriatebrokerage, listing, outreach, signage, digital marketing, and business recruitment methods.– Lease administration and tenant relations– Financial management, revenue collection, and common–area costs– Facility operations, maintenance, repairs, and improvements– City communication, approvals, and reporting(2) An optional, non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 6, 2026(3) The contract period will be for three years.
