(1) Vendor needs to provide material testing services for civil construction projects to the government authority located in Queen Creek, AZ– Responsible for providing a range of testing and laboratory services for construction materials and processes, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, specifications, and regulations.• Soil and aggregate testing – compaction, moisture content, gradation, swell and proctor tests.• Sand cone compaction and verification at a minimum one per every 10 nuclear tests performed.• Concrete and cementitious testing – slump, air content, compressive strength, curing.• Asphalt testing – density, gradation, binder content analysis(2) A non–mandatory pre–submittal meeting will be held on October 6, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
