(1) Vendor needs to provide executive manager service to the government authority located in Burlington, VT. – The Executive Manager serves as a civilian member of the command staff for the Police Department, providing executive–level project management, strategic leadership, and fiscal oversight in direct support of the Chief of Police. – This position leads the planning, coordination, and execution of department–wide initiatives to advance organizational effectiveness, operational efficiency, and community service.– The Executive Manager oversees budget development and financial management, manages departmental workflows, and supervises key administrative and financial staff. – With comprehensive knowledge of departmental operations and the community, the Executive Manager supports informed decision–making, strategic goal attainment, and responsive policing aligned with the City’s public safety and quality–of–life priorities.– Salary range up to $95,346.08 – $106,431.49 annually.(2) This is not RFP; this is job posting.
