(1) Vendor needs to provide video surveillance management and security cameras system to the government authority located in Lansing, MI. • Video surveillance management system (VMS) and security cameras, which have exceeded their expected service life. • A complete solution addressing the VMS, camera replacement and additions, required wiring for new camera locations, storage alternatives, implementation, support, training, documentation, accessibility, full system commissioning including parameter settings and user setup based on levels of use as well as future expansion described.• Initial installation, setup, and configuration of cameras, servers, and client and viewer software.• Back–end server and storage infrastructure, including redundancy and UPS options.• Physical installation, mounting, cabling, and labeling of all camera and network equipment.• VMS software licensing and implementation.• Replacement of 330+ existing indoor cameras.• Replacement of 120+ existing outdoor cameras.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2026.
