(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal sludge transport and disposal services to the government authority located in El Campo, TX.• Provide municipal sludge transportation and disposal services generated by the city’s wastewater treatment operations.• Provide a minimum of sludge containers at least 20 cubic yards each suitable for the city's operations. • Proposers may recommend additional containers if operationally beneficial, but any additional charge must be clearly identified.• Provide all trucks, equipment, personnel, labor, supervision, and other resources necessary to load, transport, and dispose of municipal sludge.• Transport sludge from the city's designated wastewater treatment facility or other city–designated collection point to an authorized disposal facility.• Dispose of municipal sludge at a landfill or other disposal facility authorized and permitted to accept the material and operated in compliance with applicable law.• Transport sludge in a manner that prevents leaking, spilling, blowing, or other release of material during transit.
