(1) Vendor needs to provide demographer services to the government authority located in St. Joseph, MO. – Provide detailed demographic analyses and enrollment projections. – Provide the following services to the district including, designing, preparing, writing or analyzing the following: enrollment analysis, facilitation/presentations, facility staffing analysis, or other analysis/reports.• Enrollment analysis:– Examine the agency’s historical and current enrollment.– Consider all relevant housing types, including single–family homes, multifamily housing, rental properties, senior housing, and planned residential developments.– Examine current and anticipated residential development activity within the agency.– Provide a 10–year enrollment forecast.– Provide a final work product that will have a table with low, mid, and high enrollment projections for each facility in the agency.• Facilitation/presentations:– The contractor should be available for a reasonable number of phone calls or emails to answer questions about data from approved agency representatives.– The aforementioned meetings shall be scheduled as determined by the agency.• External factors impact analysis:– Analyze relevant external factors and explain their potential short– and long–term effects on agency enrollment, staffing, facilities, and resource planning.– Analyze the potential enrollment and financial effects of open enrollment, tuition–based attendance, or other changes in student transfer policies.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.
