(1) Vendor needs to provide dedicated internet access services for primary and secondary internet access including Internet port and all transport required to the government authority located in Rockwall, TX.– Capacity: 20 Gbps symmetrical committed information rate with no oversubscription of the contracted customer access capacity.– Physical Interfaces: Two physically separate 10 Gigabit Ethernet handoffs operating together as the 20 Gbps service. State interface type, optics, connector, aggregation method, and customer equipment requirements in your response– Provider Class: Tier 1 Internet provider with its own global backbone and settlement–free peering. Vendor must identify its ASN and explain how it satisfies this requirement.– IPv4: Provider–assigned, publicly routable IPv4 /25 block included in the recurring service price. Identify any one–time, recurring, justification, or routing requirements.– Data Use: Unlimited Internet data transfer without usage caps or overage charges.– Support: 24x7x365 monitoring, staffed enterprise support, escalation, and customer portal or electronic utilization reporting– At least three comparable K–12 or public–sector references for 20 Gbps or greater dedicated Internet service.– All one–time and recurring charges, taxes, surcharges, construction, special construction, optional services, and early termination amounts.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 11, 2026.
