The City of Moreno Valley is seeking to purchase two (2) 115kV/12kV, 40/53/67 MVA delta-grounded wye substation power transformers, as described in the attached specification. These transformers will be used to facilitate an expansion of capacity at the existing Moreno Valley Substation. The City is looking for qualified bidders to respond to this request with their offering to meet the City’s needs, as described in the specification. Lead time will be one of the metrics evaluated as part of this bid, as these transformers are essential to powering new development in the City.
