(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise support tasking solution.– Provide support with system architecture, software recommendations, system design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation for a new system.– Security certifications required to operate the software and its associated server hardware.– Contract management information system (CMIS) operations and maintenance consist of those activities required to manage the task order management lifecycle, the financial management lifecycle for obligation and de–obligation of funds.– Solution development and bug fixes using the existing technology stack.– System and platform administration support, including operating system and database management and upgrades.– Producing financial data reports and maintaining requisite database and access tools.– Coordinating yearly scanning of the systems with the cybersecurity personnel.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
