Description
(1) Vendor needs to provide elective pay program management services to the government authority located in MI.– Provides support to tax exempt entities utilizing federal elective pay clean energy tax credits.– Managing the elective pay ambassador program, coordinating accounting assistance services, and supporting entities in meeting federal elective pay requirements.– Elective pay ambassador program:– Contractor will manage year–two funding, administer the elective pay ambassador program application process, and improv procedures and materials such as training and reimbursement systems.– Identify technical training opportunities in geothermal and energy storage, onboard new ambassadors, and continue providing guidance and support to 8–10 regional ambassadors to increase project identification and engagement.– Elective pay accounting assistance:– Contractor will oversee the delivery of accounting services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.
