(1) Vendor needs to provide healing arts programmatic and therapeutic services to the government authority located in Vicksburg, MS.• Agency anticipates multiple or partial awards. Respondents may propose one or more service lots: Lot A – Healing Arts Program/Curriculum Development; Lot B – Healing Arts Camp planning and delivery; Lot C –Visiting Artist and Musician Series workshops, residencies, performances, and/or instruction; and Lot D – Specialized Training/Consultation integrating healing arts into agency programming.• The procurement is limited to programmatic and therapeutic services and related authorized materials• Providers must satisfy applicable experience, safeguarding, background–check, confidentiality, mandated–reporting, campus–safety, youth–protection, service–documentation, outcome, and grant–documentation requirements.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026.(4) Main RFP document not available at here, only detail information at here, specification may be obtained by email.
