Description
The City of Hayward is seeking vendor(s) to provide traffic signal equipment, including warranties and technical support per this Request for Quote (RFQ) specifications. The City intends to award a three-year contract to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid that complies with the requirements described herein. The initial purchase includes ten (10) battery backup systems, two (2) controllers, and one (1) signal cabinet. Any purchase beyond the initial purchase quantity will be made on an as-needed basis. The City of Hayward is accepting electronic bid submissions. Bidders shall create a FREE account with OpenGov Procurement by signing up at https://procurement.opengov.com/signup .
