(1) Vendor needs to provide economic development consultant services to the government authority located in Waterbury, VT.– Reducing crisis assessments occurring in Emergency Departments,– Increasing access to crisis assessments in the mental health urgent care,– Reducing police involvement with mental health crisis,– Increasing access to community–based urgent mental health supports for adults, children, and youth 24/7/365,– Increasing access to peer support counselors top help de–escalate and work on safety planning.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.(3) A contract term will be for two years.
