EDUCATION-18567 - USA (Houston, Texas) - Law Enforcement Training Services - Deadline October 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide law enforcement training services to the government authority located in Houston, TX.– Among proposed courses, subject to negotiations for necessary variations, to devise a schedule of classes that will meet regional requirements most effectively.– Costs need not be given for all courses, nor for all repetitions of any course given in those forms; only for those courses and repetitions for which the respondent is fully prepared to conduct at either.– Provide instruction to as many participating agencies as possible and minimize travel requirements to trainees.– Once these trainees have been accommodated, other eligible applicants will be considered on an individual basis as space permits.– All training providers must provide comfortable, well–lit rooms with audio–visual support, and ADA accommodation(s) when required.– Prices for courses offered must include costs of all required material (e.g. notebooks, textbooks, practice materials, incidentals, etc.) except ammunition to be supplied by the course attendee.– Respondents must minimize use of the traditional lecture methods.– Each training provider must designate an individual from its own staff to coordinate the training and act as a liaison with the staff.– Provider will be responsible for the timely distribution of their course(s) to all potential trainees.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 5, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
