(1) Vendor needs to provide website design, implementation, migration, hosting, and maintenance service using content management system. – Provide design, implementation, migration, hosting, maintenance and support of a replacement public website and employee intranet.– Secure hosted CMS, design and configure both sites, migrate agreed content and redirects, train staff and provide continuing support.– Provide an editor–friendly CMS, responsive designs and fully ADA accessible components for both sites.– Provide a public site and a smaller employee intranet with home, standard content, fullwidth and minimal–navigation layouts where appropriate.– Provide an accessible, fully responsive design for pages, navigation, search, forms, calendars, alerts and embedded content.– Preserve existing public URLs when practicable. Map, implement and test redirects for changed URLs and existing vanity links, currently about 120, before launch.– Publication Workflows and Notifications: When content editors make changes to any page a notification email should be sent to the admin email address to review or edit and publish.– Editing: Add, edit, and move content directly, without the need to utilize or be trained in writing HTML or CSS code.– Search: Index pages, news, events and document content where technically available; provide relevant results, spelling or typo handling, filters, promoted results and reports on queries with no results.– Page Version History: A list of all previous versions of a page should be accessible so that the content of a previous version can be switched back to at any time.– Site Search of HTML: To find and replace links to some of our external resources such as links to documents or folders.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 14, 2026.
