(1) Vendor needs to provide charter flight service for women basketball to the government authority located in Laramie, WY.– Provide charter flight services for up to thirty (30) passengers.– Bids shall be provided for the requested flight schedules.– The University reserves the right to award only select trips based on budgetary constraints and scheduling preferences.– Supplier shall include all costs of the flight in the bid, including estimated taxes or fees, including, but not limited to fees, landing fees, local taxes at destination.– provide standard airfare service during flights, including service of non–alcoholic beverages and snacks.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.
