(1) Vendor needs to provide audio–visual integration system for library to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA.o Verification of accuracy and completeness of equipment lists, dimensions, mounting details, and equipment compatibilityo Coordination with Owner of AV connectivity to Owner networkso Accurate documentation of the equipment and installationo Warranty as defined in the specificationso Test equipment, tools, ladders, lifts and scaffolding required for installationo Daily and final clean–up of debris caused by installationo Owner trainingo Tele meeting room sections and elevationso Tele meeting room line diagramo Digital signage line diagramo Rack elevations(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.(3) Contact term will be for three years.
