REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Project: RFQ2027-07 - Government Complex Design Services Owner: Barrow County Board of Commissioners Sealed qualification submittals will be received by the Barrow County Board of Commissioners, Winder, Georgia, for design services for the Barrow County Government Complex. Qualification submittals will be received in the office of the Barrow County Board of Commissioners, County Clerk�s Office, at 30 North Broad Street, Winder, Georgia 30680, until 2:00 P.M. (local time), Thursday, October 15, 2026. Any submittal received after said time and date, will not be considered by Owner. All submittals will be evaluated and will be awarded, if it is awarded, within 60 days of the submittal opening. Specifications are available on the Barrow County website (www.barrowga.org). If a submittal is forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the submittal must be enclosed in another envelope to the attention of the Owner at the address previously given and also plainly marked with �RFQ2027-07 - Government Complex Design Services�. Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all submittals, to evaluate submittals, and to accept any submittal which, in its opinion, may be in the best interest of the Owner. No submittal will be rejected without just caus
