RFQ#155407JB CHILLER 1 COMPRESSOR REPAIRS

Contractor shall furnish, including, but not limited to, all labor, materials, equipment, skills, tools, permitting cost (if applicable), and supervision as necessary for proper completion of the Chiller 1 Compressor Repairs. Scope of Work: Recover all refrigerant from chiller 1 system 1 Remove existing compressor #3 Furnish and install a new Bitzer Compressor #015-05114-104 Furnish and install (2) new drier canisters Replace the existing (4) filter dryer cores with new ones Furnish and install (4) new crank case heaters Furnish and install (1) new leaving water temperature sensor Pressure test and evacuate the system Using reclaimed refrigerant, weigh in the factory charge Test new unit and verify unit is operational to manufacture standards. Clean, remove and dispose of all debris from site. Work to be performed during working hours- M-F 7am-5pm SITE VISIT FORM ATTACHED IF NEEDED
