EXTRA-76421 - USA (Minnesota) - Fleet Management and Maintenance Coordination Services - Deadline October 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fleet management and maintenance coordination services to the government authority located in Minnesota.– Solution will support the administration and coordination of vehicle maintenance, repairs, roadside assistance, warranty and recall management, reporting, and other fleet management functions through a secure, web–based fleet management platform.– Providing access to and maintaining a statewide network of qualified maintenance providers capable of servicing covered vehicle types.– Coordinating and facilitating maintenance and repair services for State vehicles.– Supporting vehicle warranty administration and manufacturer recall management.– Supporting preventive maintenance program administration and maintenance scheduling.– Providing roadside assistance coordination and customer support services.– Collecting, managing, and reporting fleet information through configurable reporting and analytics tools.– Supporting quality assurance activities and providing audit and operational reporting.– Providing decoding and vehicle identification capabilities.– Providing total cost of ownership reporting and fleet analytics capabilities.– Supporting the State's use of mandatory contracts for services such as tires, glass repair and replacement, vehicle rentals, fuel cards, and other designated fleet–related contracts, when applicable.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
