EQU-19583 - USA (Edgewood, Pennsylvania) - Auditorium Audio and Video System - Deadline October 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide auditorium audio and video system to the government authority located in Edgewood, PA.– Provide and install a commercial grade laser projector suitable for auditorium use and compatible with the existing screen.– Provide sufficient light output, resolution, optics, and contrast for clear presentation content in the auditorium.– Provide all mounting hardware, safety hardware, lens, signal extension, power interfaces, control interfaces, and service access required for a complete installation.– Stage HDMI and video transport:– Provide one clearly labelled HDMI presentation input at the stage in a durable wall plate, floor box, or other district approved location.– Provide reliable support for embedded audio from the HDMI source.– Audio system:– Design and install a complete auditorium sound reinforcement system providing even coverage and high speech intelligibility throughout the audience seating area.– Provide commercial loudspeakers, amplifiers, digital signal processing, mixing, equalization, limiting, and all required mounting and rigging hardware.– Wall mounted staff control.– Cabling, electrical, network, and installation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.(3) Mandatory site walkthrough will be held on September 21, 2026.
