(1) Vendor needs to provide acoustic music performance services to the government authority located in San Luis Obispo, CA.– Provide live background music performances in the agency.– The agency is a signature amenity of SBP and serves as a relaxed gathering spacewhere passengers can enjoy fresh air, sunshine, and hospitality offerings prior totheir flights.– The purpose is to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for both musicians and the traveling public.– Musical Requirements– Musicians are expected to perform acoustic music, which may include singing, playinginstruments (e.g., guitar, violin, steel dreams, saxophone, etc.), or a combination of both.– The music should be family–friendly and suitable for all age groups.– Submission of Music Channels– Musicians are required to provide links to their specific music channels, such as Spotify,Apple Music and YouTube.– These links should be submitted to the event organizers at least [specify the submissiondeadline] before the event for promotional purposes.– The provided links will be used for evaluation purposes, to learn more about individualstyle and vibe.– Promotion and Marketing– The Airport may promote performances through various social media channels.– Musicians are encouraged to share the event details through their own social media andmarketing channels(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
