(1) Vendor needs to provide earthmover data access platform.– Earthmover platform, a data service that provides quick access for data users to access very large model output files.– Modular Ocean Model (MOM)6 Changing Ecosystems Fisheries Initiative (CEFI) data sets, to provide computational access.– Configure the platform to:– Convert the unstructured Network Common Data Form (NetCDF) files to Icechunk–backed Zarr cloud–native data format hosted on Amazon S3 Storage.– Expose Icechunk–backed data through standard–compliant endpoints, including Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) (Environmental Data Retrieval (EDR), Tiles, OPeNDAP) with Flux.
