(1) Vendor needs to provide behavioral health outreach service. – the opioid overdose crisis and other substance–related harms, an organization to facilitate Behavioral Health Outreach.– This funding opportunity will support the delivery of high–quality behavioral health outreach to community members and residents who are disproportionately impacted by substance use harms and behavioral health challenges. – Outreach will utilize low barrier, compassionate, evidence–informed approaches to provide harm reduction and basic needs supplies to residents, as well as facilitate connections and referrals to harm reduction, treatment, recovery, and behavioral health resources to make them as accessible as possible.• Recruit, train, and support peer outreach staff• Conduct Mobile Street Outreach for 40 hours per week in the city during peak hours, as identified by agency and including evenings and weekends, to residents at high risk of overdose and other substance related harms.• Enhance client service coordination to address social determinants of health• Work collaboratively with agency Data & Evaluation Manager on process and outcome evaluation (2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.(3) The contract period will be one year.
