(1) Vendor needs to provide fee accounting services to the government authority located in Camden, NJ.• Reviewing the bank statements reconciliation on a monthly basis• Preparing and reviewing necessary journal vouchers on a monthly basis• Preparing and reviewing reports and balance sheets, and maintain the general ledgers on a month basis, as required by federal, state and local laws, statutes or regulations.• Reviewing controls of cost and finances• Providing financial records, statements and assistance for the Annual Independent Audit; and other audits as necessary• Preparing all debt service entries• Preparing all monthly, quarterly; semi–annual and year–end financial statements and annual closing entries• Maintaining investment and insurance registers• Preparation of work–papers for annual audit(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
