Parking Services, Pay-by-Connected Device

The City of St. Petersburg is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Pay-by-Connected Device for on-street and off-street paid parking to the general public of the city of St. Petersburg ("City"). The City desires a hosted Software as a Services (SaaS) solution where the Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, facilities, tools, software applications, secure internet access website for consumers, hosting services, credit card payment processing, and customer instructional signage/stickers for provision of pay by connected device services. Additionally, Contractor shall provide to the City training on the use of its software, any electronic mechanism by which payments can be verified and enforced, technical support services and marketing of the program to potential pay by connected device consumers.
