CONS-23828 - USA (Utah) - Animal Services Barn and Shelter Expansion Architectural Services - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide animal services barn and shelter expansion architectural services to the government authority located in Utah. – Assist County in establishing site parameters as needed.– Provide site analysis of existing Animal Services property by analysing the site with respect to accommodation of program and implications on building massing and site design.– Provide guidance on how programming components will fit with the existing site to aid in identifying design concepts, potential problems and solutions that may arise. – Review any existing study documents.– Architect shall research required permits necessary for the development of the Project as required by local and state authorities, including but not limited to identifying any conditional use, zoning, or other non–standard permitting requirements. (2) The contract period will be for seven years. (3) None–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 16, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
