HEALTH-11061 - USA (Mount Holly, New Jersey) - Physician Services - Deadline November 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide physician services to the government authority located in Mount Holly, NJ.– Qualified physician(s), duly licensed in the State of New Jersey and in good standing, to furnish employment–related physician services to employees or prospective employees.– Services required generally include physical examinations for law enforcement, hazardous waste, and CDL positions; document review for leaves of absence requests; fitness–for–duty examinations; and other services as required.– Additionally, the contracted physician may be asked in rare circumstances to testify in administrative or court proceedings.– Provide conduct a complete general physical examination consisting of industry standards such as, but not limited to, medical history, general appearance, vital signs, basic biometrics, and organ systems.– Fitness–for–duty (FFD) examinations:– Conduct fitness–for–duty examinations for employees returning to work from a personal leave of absence or worker’s compensation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 2, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 28, 2026.
