(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Ocean City, NJ.– Check and refill all liquid hand soap, paper towel and toilet paper dispensers.– Empty all trashcans and deposit the waste bags at the directed location.– Empty and refill all feminine hygiene product containers as needed.– Floors shall be kept free of dirt, sand, debris, stains, and discoloration.– Remove excessive water on the floors.– Clean and open all sink drains as may be required from sand buildup.– Wipe up the excessive water on countertops.– Clean and sanitize all door handles.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 28, 2026.
